outstanding service from Stephen, I got an issue with the address being wrongly communicated by the vendor. The package was sent by the vendor in the UK using EagleExpress and intially the vendor had put in the incomplete address. After several times contacting the vendor and DPD I was finally able to get the correct address by asking EagleExpress to contact the courier. Thanks to Tracy and the all the staffs at EagleExpress
